Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of semaglutide in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), sponsored by Novo Nordisk. Primary endpoints: Baseline-corrected area under the total T4 serum concentration-time curve from 0 to 48 hours and Area under the semaglutide plasma concentration-time curve during a dosing interval (0-24 hours) at steady state at Day 139.
