Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in acute intermittent porphyria (AIP), hereditary coproporphyria (HCP) and variegate porphyria (VP) comparing Hemin for injection with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Number of Participants Experiencing Acute Attacks of Porphyria After Treatment at 4 weeks and Number of Participants With Treatment-Related Serious Adverse Events at 4 weeks.
