Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of Cymerus MSCs in Acute Graft-Versus-Host Disease (aGvHD) (2 cohorts), sponsored by Cynata Therapeutics. Primary endpoints: Incidence and severity of treatment emergent adverse events at 28 days and Incidence and severity of serious adverse events deemed possibly related to CYP-001 at 100 days.
