Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of carvedilol in Portal Hypertension (PH) (4 arms). Primary endpoints: Incidence of portal hypertensive complications: ascites and variceal bleeding at 3 years and 10% decrease of virtual hepatic venous pressure gradient (HVPG) from baseline level at 3 years. Status: unknown.
