Overview
Phase 4, open-label, single-arm trial of esomeprazole, amoxicillin, clarithromycin and colloidal bismuth pectin in Helicobacter pylori infection, sponsored by Shandong University. Primary endpoints: Proportion of more severe inflammation in the gastric mucosa at 15 years, Proportion of more severe atrophy in the gastric mucosa at 15 years and 1 more. Planned start Oct 2016; status: not yet recruiting.
