Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in rotavirus gastroenteritis comparing Rotarix with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Time from randomisation to medical attendance for acute gastroenteritis or acute diarrhoea illness at 36 months and Occurrence of anti-rotavirus IgA seroconversion.
