Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of ivacaftor in cystic fibrosis (CF) (6 arms), sponsored by Vertex Pharmaceuticals. Primary endpoints: Safety and Tolerability as Assessed by Number of Participants With Treatment Emergent Adverse Events (AEs) and Serious Adverse Events (SAEs) at Day 85 and Absolute Change in Percent Predicted Forced Expiratory Volume in 1 Second (ppFEV1) at Day 29.
