Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of (+)-epicatechin in Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) (3 cohorts). Primary endpoints: Absolute Values of (+)-Epicatechin Serum Concentration, Pre-dose (Trough) and 2 Hours Post-dose (Peak) at Week 4, Absolute Plasma Follistatin:Myostatin Ratio at Week 8 and 6 more.
