Overview
Phase 2, randomised trial in colorectal cancer (CRC) comparing Arm I (aspirin), Arm II (aspirin, placebo) and Arm III (placebo) (3 arms). Primary endpoint: Ratio of Cell Proliferation to Apoptosis Biomarkers (Ki67 Index and BAX Index) at 12 weeks. Started Jan 2018; status: active, not recruiting.
