Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in alcohol use disorder (AUD) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) comparing N-Acetylcysteine (NAC) Treatment Group with Placebo Group (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in Alcohol Use Severity at 12 weeks, Change in Alcohol Craving - Obsessive Subscale at 12 weeks and 4 more. Started Oct 2016; status: completed.
