Overview
Randomised trial of dapagliflozin, saxagliptin, pioglitazone and liquid metformin (Aspargo Labs) in prediabetes, impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) and impaired fasting glucose (IFG) (13 arms), sponsored by UT Health San Antonio. Primary endpoints: Beta cell function at 24 months, Insulin sensitivity at 24 months and 1 more. Started Jan 2014; status: recruiting.
