Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) comparing Group Silymarin with Group Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Change (Reduction) of parameters of liver steatosis defined by CAP (Controlled Attenuation Parameter) and liver fibrosis defined by LSM (liver stiffness measurements) at 6 months. Planned start Sep 2019; status: withdrawn.
