Overview
Phase 2, randomised trial in irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) comparing ethosuximide with placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: 30% reduction in abdominal pain at 12 weeks and Score of 4 or 5 on the Subjective Global Assessment (SGA) scale at 12 weeks. Started Feb 2018; status: completed.
