Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial of 1612 capsule in amnestic mild cognitive impairment (MCI) (2 arms), sponsored by Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Primary endpoints: Alzheimer's Disease Assessment Scale-Cognition Subscale at 52 weeks and Rate of conversion to dementia at 52 weeks. Planned start Jan 2017; status: withdrawn.
