Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial in human immunodeficiency virus type 1 infection (HIV-1) comparing Dolutegravir + Emtricitabine/Tenofovir with Darunavir/Cobicistat + Emtricitabine/Ténofovir (2 arms). Primary endpoint: HIV-DNA levels in the peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) at 48 weeks. Started Apr 2017; status: completed.
