Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of ingenol mebutate in actinic keratosis (AK) (2 arms), sponsored by University of Campania Luigi Vanvitelli. Primary endpoints: At least 75% reduction in the total AK count relative to baseline at 6 months and Reduction of subclinical AK lesions according to a Reflectance Confocal Microscopy score at 6 months.
