Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in cardiovascular diseases (CVD) and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) comparing Ziprasidone, Lorcaserin and Placebo (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in peak blood cortisol during the metabolic stress of an OGTT at 3 hours and Change in peak blood cortisol during the metabolic stress of a mental stress test at 3 hours. Started May 2018; status: terminated.
