Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of revumenib, venetoclax, lomonitinib, ficlatuzumab, samalizumab and 10 more in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) (23 arms), sponsored by Beat AML Master Clinical Trial. Primary endpoints: Proportion of patients for whom molecular, immunophenotypic, and/or biochemical studies are completed in < 7 calendar days for assignment of treatment at 7 days, Proportion of patients assigned to a novel therapeutic treatment group in 1 of several sub-studies in this Master Protocol at 7 days and 4 more.
