Vorinostat in Class 2 High Risk Uveal Melanoma

Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of vorinostat in Uveal melanoma (UM), sponsored by University of Miami. Primary endpoints: Degree of transformation from a class 2 phenotype into a cell phenotype that resembles normal melanocytes at 15 days and Proportion of patients whose tumors transformed from a class 2 phenotype into a cell phenotype that resembles normal melanocytes at 15 days.
