Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of losartan in eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) (3 arms), sponsored by Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Primary endpoints: Change From Baseline in Peak Eosinophil Count at 16 weeks and Number of Serious and Grade 3 or Higher Adverse Events at 20 weeks. Started May 2017; status: completed.
