Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in ichthyosis, autosomal recessive congenital ichthyosis (ARCI), epidermolytic ichthyosis (EI) and 1 more comparing Secukinumab Arm with Placebo Arm (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Ichthyosis Area Severity Index at 16 weeks and Total Number of Bacterial or Fungal Mucocutaneous Infections at 48 weeks. Started Dec 2016; status: completed.
