Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in Alzheimer's disease (AD) comparing E2609 50 mg with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Number of participants with any serious adverse event and number of participants with any non-serious adverse event at Day 35, Number of participants with an abnormal, clinically significant laboratory test value at Day 62 and 4 more.
