Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of autologous bone marrow-derived stem cells in multiple sclerosis (MS) (2 arms), sponsored by Stem Cells Arabia. Primary endpoints: Effectiveness assessment by MRI at 6 months and Safety assessment by physical examination, vital signs, analytical results, electrocardiograph monitoring, and Expanded Disability Status Scale (EDSS) at 12 months.
