Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of varenicline in nicotine dependence (2 arms), sponsored by Duke University. Primary endpoints: Adherence to smoking cessation medication as assessed via Medication Event Monitoring System at 12 weeks, Acceptability of mSMART based on responses to an exit interview at 12 weeks and 1 more.
