Phase 1 Study of Pozelimab in Healthy Volunteers

Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of pozelimab in CD55 deficiency with hyperactivation of complement, angiopathic thrombosis, and protein-losing enteropathy and paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) (4 arms), sponsored by Regeneron Pharmaceuticals. Primary endpoints: Incidence of treatment emergent adverse events at 20 weeks and Severity of treatment emergent adverse events at 20 weeks. Started May 2017; status: completed.
