Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in herpes zoster ophthalmicus (HZO) comparing Valacyclovir with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Number of Participants With the First Occurrence of New or Worsening Stromal Keratitis Without Ulceration, Endothelial Keratitis, Iritis, Dendriform Epithelial Keratitis, or Stromal Keratitis With… at 12 months.
