Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of spesolimab in palmoplantar pustulosis (PPP) (3 arms), sponsored by Boehringer Ingelheim. Primary endpoints: Palmoplantar Pustular Psoriasis Area and Severity Index 50 at 16 weeks and Drug-related Adverse Events at 32 weeks. Started May 2017; status: completed.
