Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in asthma comparing BI 443651 with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Absolute Change From Baseline in Maximum Forced Expiratory Volume Within 1 Second (FEV1) Reduction Following Bolus Methacholine Challenge in Part 1 at Day 2 and Absolute Change From Baseline in Maximum Forced Expiratory Volume Within 1 Second (FEV1) Reduction Following Bolus Methacholine Challenge in Part 2 at Day 2.
