Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of saxagliptin, dapagliflozin and liquid metformin (Aspargo Labs) in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) (9 cohorts), sponsored by AstraZeneca. Primary endpoints: Area under plasma concentration-time curve from time zero to infinity, Area under the plasma concentration-time curve from time zero to time of last quantifiable concentration and 1 more.
