Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of pembrolizumab in melanoma and ovarian cancer (2 cohorts), sponsored by University Health Network. Primary endpoint: Monitoring of serious adverse events to determine the safety of initiating pembrolizumab following lymphodepleting chemotherapy, TIL administration, and low dose IL-2 at 2 years.
