Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of glycopyrrolate metered dose inhaler and formoterol in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) (2 arms), sponsored by AstraZeneca. Primary endpoints: Mean Change From Baseline in Morning Pre-dose Trough Forced Expiratory Volume in 1 Second at 24 weeks and Mean Peak Change From Baseline in FEV1 Within 2 Hours Post-dosing. Started May 2017; status: completed.
