Scalp block for hemodynamic stability and comfort in craniotomy

Phase 1, randomised, triple-blind trial of lidocaine and bupivacaine in pain and hemodynamic instability (2 arms), sponsored by Washington University School of Medicine. Primary endpoints: Overall perioperative comfort of the patient as measured by hemodynamic fluctuations at 48 hours and Overall perioperative comfort as measured by opioid requirements at 48 hours.
