Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of ledipasvir, sofosbuvir and daclatasvir in hepatitis C (HCV) (2 arms), sponsored by The Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. Primary endpoint: Changes of the frequency of CD14+CD11b+CD33+HLA-DR-/low MDSCs at 24 weeks. Started Feb 2016; status: completed.
