Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of MAT2203 in cryptococcal meningitis (2 arms), sponsored by Matinas BioPharma. Primary endpoints: Tolerability of drug over 14 days of dosing and Microbiologic clearance of Cryptococcus from the CSF at 14 days. Planned start Oct 2018; status: withdrawn.
