Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of oxytocin nasal spray in Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS) (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Change in Efficacy of Peptide Intranasal Oxytocin (IN-OXT) as measured by Hyperphagia Questionnaire-Clinical Trials at 8 weeks. Started Apr 2018; status: completed.
