Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of elexacaftor in cystic fibrosis (CF) (15 arms), sponsored by Vertex Pharmaceuticals. Primary endpoints: Number of Participants With Adverse Events (AEs) and Serious Adverse Events (SAEs) up to 5 weeks and Absolute Change in Percent Predicted Forced Expiratory Volume in 1 Second at Day 29.
