Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of amiodarone in premature ventricular contraction (PVC) and cardiomyopathy (2 arms), sponsored by Richmond VA Medical Center. Primary endpoints: Improvement of left ventricular ejection fraction after PVC suppression at 12 months and Responders to PVC suppression strategy at 12 months. Status: unknown.
