Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in diabetic retinopathy (DR) comparing Keluo Xin with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Mean change from DR severity as measured by the early treatment diabetic retinopathy score chart at 48 weeks, Pathological changes from baseline as measured by optical coherence tomography at 48 weeks and 2 more.
