Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of cabazitaxel ginsenoside liposome injection, docetaxel, mitoxantrone hydrochloride liposome injection + fludarabine + CD19 CAR-T cells and satraplatin in prostate cancer (PCa) (2 arms), sponsored by Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. Primary endpoint: Disease-Free Survival at 5 years. Started Jan 2015; status: recruiting.
