Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of mycophenolate mofetil in human immunodeficiency virus type 1 infection (HIV-1), sponsored by Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. Primary endpoints: Change in Cell-associated HIV DNA (Ca-DNA) Levels Per 10^6 T Cells at 12 months, Change in Cell-associated HIV DNA (Ca-DNA) Levels Per 10^6 Effector Memory CD4+ T Cells at 12 months and 1 more.
