Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of ferumoxytol and gadolinium in central nervous system tumor, cranial nerve disorder and secondary malignant neoplasm of brain (2 arms), sponsored by OHSU Knight Cancer Institute. Primary endpoints: Visualization of normal vasculature at 5 years, Visualization of abnormal vasculature at 5 years and 2 more. Started Oct 2017; status: recruiting.
