Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in Irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea (IBS-D) and bile acid malabsorption (BAM) comparing Colesevelam with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Total Fecal Bile Acid (BA) Excretion at Day 28 and Stool Consistency. Started Dec 2017; status: completed.
