Overview
Randomised, single-blind trial of alirocumab in hypercholesterolemia, atherosclerosis and cardiovascular disease (CVD) (2 arms), sponsored by Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Primary endpoint: Forearm Blood Flow in response to intra-arterial Acetylcholine infusion, comparing Alirocumab to placebo at 4 weeks. Started Sep 2017; status: completed.
