Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of Escitalopram oxalate oral solution and venlafaxine in Alzheimer's disease (AD) and Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) (3 arms), sponsored by NYU Langone Health. Primary endpoints: Z-score for the hippocampal region of interest in the theta band at 24 Months, Multivariate Z score for overall theta abnormality in the frontal and parieto-temporal regions at 24 Months and 4 more.
