Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of eps8 peptide-specific dendritic cell vaccine and WT1 peptide-pulsed dendritic cell vaccine in acute myeloid leukemia (AML), acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) (2 arms), sponsored by Southern Medical University Zhujiang Hospital. Primary endpoint: Occurrence of study related adverse events up to 12 months. Started May 2018; status: recruiting.
