Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of cabozantinib and nivolumab in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), sponsored by Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center. Primary endpoints: Number of adverse events in participants of neoadjuvant cabozantinib plus nivolumab at 4 years and Number of patients who complete pre-op treatment and proceed to surgery at 4 years.
