Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of tenofovir disoproxil fumarate and emtricitabine in Aicardi-Goutières syndrome (AGS) (2 arms), sponsored by Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Primary endpoint: Change in interferon activation as measured by interferon response genes at 13 months. Planned start Dec 2025; status: withdrawn.
