Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) comparing Atorvastatin + CPAP with Placebo + CPAP (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Prevalence of dual positive p16INK4A and gamma H2AX cells in adipose tissue at 6 months. Started Jan 2018; status: completed.
