AZD0284 in moderate to severe plaque psoriasis

Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in plaque psoriasis comparing AZD0284 with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Reduction from baseline to the end of treatment, in gene expression level of IL-17A and CCL20 relative to placebo at 4 weeks and Percent improvement from baseline to the end of treatment in individual Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI) compared to placebo at 4 weeks.
