Overview
Randomised, double-blind trial of liquid metformin (Aspargo Labs) in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Difference in postprandial glycemic control as assessed by mean blood glucose concentration during a 4 hour mixed-meal tolerance test at Day 24. Started Nov 2017; status: completed.
